We send you several options of certified Diamond for you to choose from. (This process only pertains to Jewelry with Center Diamonds.) Please let us know your preferences in advance. We are available to answer your questions at any time to assure you get the best Diamond for you. We purchase our Diamond directly from overseas Sources, cutting out several middlemen to save you money.

Disclaimer: Most Jewelry Stores present you with Diamonds; they own not necessarily the perfect Diamond for you. We present you Diamonds that are available Worldwide. We help you make an educated purchase and present all the facts about each Diamond.

Once you have selected your Center Diamond we start working on your CAD drawing. (You must request the CAD drawings and let us know your preferences. Some orders are not available with CAD drawings) Our CAD drawings represent the look of your purchase. CAD drawings also provide all detailed info such as measurements of Precious stones on your item and mm gage of metals. (All detailed information is presented upon client’s written request). You must inform us your finger size before we can start working on the CAD drawing. Once you have viewed the CAD drawing and have given us an approval we will start making your order.

Most Jewelry Stores provide clients up to 90 days to Return Jewelry for a full refund. The reason they are able to do this is that they have huge mark-ups. We are a wholesale operation and sell our products up to 70% off High-End Jewelry Stores. The second is the reason is that most Jewelry stores just simply Re-Polish and Re-Sell someone else used the product as New to another client. Some rings can be re-sized up to three times before it finds a permanent finger. This process is outdated and weakens the integrity of the Diamond settings, which causes the ring to fall apart within a short amount of time. We do NOT re-size rings. We make all our rings in the correct metal size before we set one single Stone. Our lead-time to Custom make your product can take up to 10 Business Working Days. We notify you and make arrangements to ship your item Worldwide Free of charge. All our packages are double boxed and Insured for Full value. Your package will Always be completely sealed before we ship it to you. We always ship Next Day Delivery (domestic packages) so you can enjoy your product the next business day. Please check the package and make sure it is completely sealed and has not been tampered with or opened. (if you notice any openings or signs of your package has been tampered with do not accept it. Reject the package and contact us immediately.) Otherwise always open your package in front of the delivery person to assure you received the right item. We have surveillance cameras in our office for your security and protection as well as ours. We securely send numerous of packages however we ask you to follow these steps to assure a safe transaction. Once you sign for the package you are responsible for its contents and agree that you have received the correct item.

We do not ship to alternative addresses unless the address you provide is confirmed with your financial institution. All request must be made in emails.

RETURN POLICY

To Maintain our Low Prices and High-Quality Jewelry we kindly ask you be considerate and ask questions before making a purchase. We custom make all our items to assure Satisfaction and Quality. Most Jewelry Companies size existing Rings to avoid making New Rings and Save Money. This process is outdated and most likely weakens the integrity of the Gold and Diamonds. We Custom make all rings in the finger sizes needed by each individual client. We Guarantee your satisfaction. For any reason, if you are not happy with your purchase we will remake your item or offer you an Exchange. We offer a 14 Day money back Guarantee if your item is “Not as Described”. We confirm all details and product information with you prior to making any items. All Hand–Made Gold Bands are ordered in the size you request. If you order an incorrect finger size there will be a $225 service charge to remake your band. All items must be returned in original shape and form with all Original Paperwork. To Safely Return an Item for Exchange, Upgrade or Refund Please follow the following directions:

UPGRADE AND EXCHANGES

We manufacture all our Jewelry In-House. We Buy our Gold and Diamonds Direct from the World’s Largest Distributors and First-Hand Dealers. We avoid all middlemen and pass the Savings directly to you. We offer a Life-Time Upgrade or Exchange with every purchase. We can duplicate or custom creates any design whether it exists or not. Exchange:

Send in your item and we will give you 100% of the value of your purchase in Store Credit which you may use toward any other design or style.

Upgrades:

You can Upgrade your items to larger Diamonds or Better Quality Diamonds at any time after your purchase. There is No Expiration Date. You will be given Store Credit of your original purchase price. All you will need to pay is the additional cost of your Upgrade.
